Billing of services

BORIĆ & PARTNER offer their legal services at transparent and calculable costs, which guarantee a high level of cost security. The efficiency-based cost structure ensures that each client can be offered a fee tailored to the needs of each individual client.

The fee is calculated either according to the Croatian Lawyers’ Tariff or according to an agreed price. In general, in non-controversial matters, the fee is calculated according to the hourly rate within the framework of the agreed price, whereby the billing is based on the time required.

Any expenses incurred will be billed separately. Invoices are usually issued monthly or after the service has been performed. Fees and expenses are subject to statutory sales tax (except for services abroad).
